Our outstanding failure to report payments

case to be wrapped up by March.

Boehley- Clearlake reported the failure to report agent fee payments between 2012 - 2019 under Roman when they took over.

They informed both the Premiership & Uefa. Uefa fined the club 10m euros. the case with the Premiership is expected to be adjudicated by March and the club are expected to receive a financial penalty.

The possibility of a points deduction & transfer ban now seem to be unlikely. Which will come as a relief

Once this issue is out of the way, hopefully the club will continue to stabilise and build for the future
