Is anyone surprised? Brighton holds United's number. Brighton always gets something against us At the moment I'm just amused at any surprise at the result against Brighton.
I guess a new manager could fix that though am I right?
Lads, it's Brighton

We knew it was going to get a lot worse before it got better. We knew that we didn’t have the players for this system, and beyond that, we knew that the squad we have just isn’t very good.
It’s going to take a lot of time. There’s going to need to be a big turnover of players, and we’re going to have to do that on a (relative) shoestring over several windows given the financial trouble we’re in. There’s a lot of coaching to do, and there are also a lot of young players in the squad who will need time to develop.
The worst thing the exec can do is continue to keep shiiiting the bed and abort yet another rebuild before it has even started to take shape.

Their record against us in the PL is fantastic. I can't remember what year they got promoted to the PL (2016/17 if I were to guess) but it feels like they at least get a draw against us (or the usual win) every time

Not surprised in the slightest. Was saying all week we'd beat Southampton but make hard work of it and then get humbled by Brighton again.
Just need to get to the summer and start shipping players out. Most of them can't pass or run. They should be stacking shelves or working in a call centre.

As long as it's not any company I have to deal with, otherwise I'd prefer they didn't do that either thanks.

Exactly, and it doesn't help if fans just lose faith after every defeat. No loss should ever be acceptable, no team is ever immune from criticism, but if we accept and recognise the situation we are in and hopefully there is a gradual improvement over a period of time, that's pretty much all we can hope for.
