Saying the club should have said they weren't going for anyone, strange but Farke said a lot he wasn't expecting anything to happen!..

Id be tempted when Bamford is back, to play him with piroe just behind.
Fingers crossed, he nearly back, best striker in league when fully fit

we're lucky really, would have thought Madrid in for Bamford this window, but thankfully injured so hands off... he's our player

Wasnt that long ago mate, southgate was thinking about building the england Team around him 👍

Whichever way you slice it, the club is choosing to
roll the dice again, on a 100 million quid + promotion.
The Championship might be the most unpredictable
division in world football. Nothing can be taken for
granted. Now we buckle up for the rollercoaster ride
to May. Fingers crossed, the club got it right this time.

The championship is also the world's most expensive league to get out of!..

Germany, and the Prem is probably the most
expensive league to stay in. It takes massive
investment all round.

Bats, not guna go over old ground mate, you know my feelings on signing players this window.
but I'm not so sure its such a gamble as you make out.. just have a look at our bench for example, most games this season, any player on our bench could prob get into the oppositions team, goalkeeper aside maybe..
and Id say thats a fact, not just my view... so on that basis alone, you'd have to think we've enough of a squad to finish the job.
Also the issue, may not be a gamble move.. maybe the players available just not good enough to move to us, or the deal wasn;t right both sides etc, not to mention FFP rules.
So not so sure its gambling.. its more sticking in a game of pontoon when you already have a king and a queen... why risk twisting?, potentially busting?

Which is why there’s an argument not to waste money now. I don’t want us to just get promoted. I want us to establish ourselves in the premier league.
The pressure is on the manager and players to get us promoted. And if that happens we can all have higher expectations of the summer window given that the owners have saved themselves for it.

Put Bamford, being Bamford into this team and it would be amazing.
His work rate would open up so many doors for the other front free.
Problem is he can't get fit enough not to pick up another injury.
Lack of game time is killing him as he can't get match for but until he is match fit he will keep getting injuries

100% agree.
It's a gamble. But, one I actually agree we should take.

Holy crap, I posted my last comment and than had to leave, but on coming back I see others are seeing it as I do, people here have been saying we're the best squad in this division, but, at the saame time some are shouting to bring others in and if done, there is a big chance it wouldn't work, a chance players coming in will suffer injuries, and something if the club don't bring money in now and the right players it will take away a lot if promoted!..
I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing what the 49ers are trying to do, they've sorted a hell of a lot sinse coming in but I'm sure they have more of an idea than any of us as to what can happen if not done correctly!..
Time people tried putting a little more trust in what they're trying to do!..
