Ange and his nonsensical starting line up is 100% to blame for that.

Little bit of arrogancy from Ange not to play Kulu or Sonny, two of the players City and their manager Pep dread the most?
Ange thought he was being a genius in keeping the two players on the bench!
Look man, this is a dreadful mistake...Don't want my manager to make childish mistakes....Go now
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's not arrogance it's squad management.
Deki has played almost every minute of evwry game, Son needs wrapping up in cotton wool and odobert and BJ need minutes to regain match sharpness. All with an eye on having ad many players fresh and ready for Europa as possible. That is the right decision, the key priority.
If key players had hobbled off injured last night then there would have been the usual bedwetting hissy fits from those who dont seem to understand football.
Damned if he does and damned if he doesn't, unless we win every game and then, and just then, folk like Sizzle may raise their mood from miserable cvnt to feckin miserable.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeh imagine he started both Kulu and Son last night, and they both hobbled off injured. The same supporters that would have been moaning had that happened, where the same that say Ange brought back Romero and Micky to soon. They are so hypocritical.
Oh and you summed up Sizzle perfectly. He is like a little toddler that cannot get his way.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
And how imagine if we’d played them and won the game.
Do you even understand the point of football?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're the sort who says things like "Ange has played Deki into the ground" and then when he's rested its not acceptable.
There is no winning with fans like you, you expect perfection. It's like you've never watched football, you act like a teen whose football knowledge is derived from playing FIFA on a console and you stamp your feet and throw your controller at the wall when perfection isnt achieved.
Last night was a dead rubber. It had that feel, the fans even turned up not that bothered judging by the atmosphere.
Nothing on that game other than trying to get back into a groove. It was a very poor first half, we gave them too much respect, stood off them too much and lacked intensity.
If we get the same sort of performance vs AZ then we can rightfully be pissssed off. We need to be on it, and at our best. With a bit of time off for a few key players, a bit or R&R between now and then and a weeks worth of prep, we have no excuses.

To not score last night, proves that we need new striking options next season…
Solanke is decent… but he’s not exactly prolific
Tel is not a striker… more so a wide attacker
Liam Delap would really suit us
I also prefer Danso to Romero
Spence to Porro
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think if we had a regularly fit Richi then that would be a good combo. But we literally have 1 striker and when he's missing its very notable. Tel does not seem built for a central role up front in the PL. I like Delap, love his aggressive and physicality and he knows how to finish too.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There will be a huge queue for Delap and I reckon Ipswich will want around £70m - I can’t see Levy sanctioning it.
Richy needs selling, barely plays and when he does he gets injured.
Get Iraola and see if he can bring Huijsen and Evanilson with him

Delap is a decent young striker but he is not the level of say Isak, so i cannot see the queue being formed for him being full of the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, City.
May be NUFC is a more likely destination but they are not made of money and neither are Villa. But will be having to cut their cloth accordingly to remain PSR compliant. If Ipswich go down, they will have to sell but will get nothing like £70m unless there is a massive bidding war and those in the market, which may also include Utd, will not be flush with money. £40-50m probably keeps the likes of Utd NUFC Villa in the game.
If we want a part of it then for me it depends on what happens with Richi. 2 years left on his deal, we'll need to clear about £25m to ensure we make a 'PSR profit' on him and if we manage that then a £60m deal would effectively be at no net cost to us (money saved from Richi is matched by cost of Delap). In fact he'd probably be on less wages than Richi so it could be a net gain financially.
IF some of the big boys get involved then may be it becomes a struggle for us to compete (regardless of fees or wages), but that's just the natural order of things, nothing really to do with Levy or our finances.

Sandy changing his stance on rotation now to give Ange more excuses. Used to slaughter Poch for rotation all the time.
To be honest, if we had a good enough run in the league with our injured players back, something we were told was holding us back from good results by the Ange Iners, then there'd be an outside chance of qualifying for Europe.
Why not just try and succeed in all the games?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Poch rotated when he didn`t have to. Rested players in a cup game, only to lose the cup game and the following league game. Not very good at the rotation lark was our Poch.
Ange is rotating because he is trying to get players up to speed after being out for so long. Makes sense. Pointless worrying about the Prem, when the main target is the Europa.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Poch rotated because he was good enough to have us competing in virtually every single competition. So, yeah, he had to rotate in the cups because at that point he had us dining at the top table in contention for the PL title. fast forward to now and those same cup competitions we knew were beneath us are now our priority. Says everything about where we are as a club under this manager and owner.
If there's ever a time to not rotate, it was last night because they have a full week's rest before the next game. You couldn't have picked a worse time to make this argument.
What lets Ange off the hook, and where I think the accurate answer lies is, not in resting players, but in getting much needed minutes into those players that need it after a long lay off. Udogie, Maddison, Johnson, Odobert, Tel - all players that need match sharpness. It's more about having a match fit squad for Europa, not resting those that have played a lot.

And that doesn't concern you given we're only in February? We can't blindly ignore that we have nothing to play for league-wise so early in the season. It's scandalous.
Also there seems to be this feeling that we can easily save our best team for the Europa League but it doesn't work like that. Too much rest can be a bad thing because you need match sharpness. I'd be wary about wrapping our first team up in cotton wool too much. You need competitive PL games to give us the edge over other European teams. Any longer than a week's rest is bad news.

I fear losing has become normalised under our league one manager.
If we lose, injuries, resting players, unlucky any excuse you can think of. If we win Big Ange greatest manager that has ever lived.
