I hope this Europa tie can re-spark some interest in Spurs for me....I've barely given them a thought in weeks, ski season has been great & i really haven't been that bothered by football at all..... Its been great..... I'm in a great place mentally... Perhaps I should keep ignoring them

TBF... I was Born in 1977 and I live in the US. Its a big commitment to come over for games that don't tie up with business or family stuff... I've kept a season ticket for 22 years.... I watch every game Spurs play.... Fairweather seems a bit harsh

I kinda think it is Europa or bust tbh. I just think it's incredibly harsh to the point of just hating the guy to say even if he wins it, it won't really count unless he meets some unrealistic target in the league also. Winning the Europa League against opposition no longer made up of CL drop downs IS NOT a measure of a great manager, just as our League Cup win against Chelsea in 2008 doesn't put Ramos ahead of Poch, who won nothing. For other fans not to see that or recognise that nuance of 'success' is frankly baffling. It's such black and white vision. Winning the Europa League wouldn't put Ange even close to Poch's achievements. Call me in a few years when he's competing for the PL, then we'll talk.
