Well the one thing in our favour is clarity of requirement - we have to win, which should suit our set up more. If we'd got a win out there, I'm not sure we have the nous to hold onto a lead anyway. We're much better when the shackles are off and they kind of have to be now.

Ange is such a bad coach. I don't even mean results (which is bad enough), I mean performances and clear coaching improvements. I am a football coach and I work on things with my team to improve us. Often, you try to be proactive with coaching around what ever you believe in. But sometimes you pause and say, right this isn't working and possibly won't work, so let's adjust it a little.

I also do basics like set plays. I see differences in matches based on what's been coached. I get such a buzz off that alone. We even work on defending free kicks from shooting range. My boys all know their jobs and follow it.

With Ange, I am absolutely convinced he doesn't so any of these basics. Or, if he does, he does it so badly that it doesn't show.

Genuinely, would does our training and coaching sessions look like. What do they actually do? We get "done" tactically nearly every single game. I can't remember the last time it looked like we had a plan and it worked.

We are, without doubt, the worst coached side in the league. Possibly even in all 3 top leagues.

A wrll coached side can, and often will, be better than a team full of stars not coached well.

Ange is the worst coach this club has had in my lifetime. I'm 43. Forget clinging onto hope that one day his philosophy will work. His philosophy ain't even clear. What even is it?

He has put this club backwards and it will take a while to sort the mess he is making, providing we get a half decent coach. He's that bad. How the fack is he still in a job. How did he even get any form of coaching badges?

I haven't had a chance to read all the comments, so forgive me if this has been stated previously......our players bottle it every time the pressure is on. This was happening long before Ange (though I am not exempting him from any blame) and will likely happen after he's gone too.

The only players that actually stood up to the challenge last night were Vicario, Spence and Bergvall. All the others bottled it.

This is the core reason why we don't win things. We can blame the manager all we like, but it also has a lot to do with the type of players that we sign. We do not sign winners, we either sign players with potential or players that are past it (Werner). Until this is addressed, we won't win anything any time soon, regardless who the manager is.

Dyo know what though, those mistakes happen. They tried something and it didn't work. No idea if it was worked on before.

What was massively worrying though was AZ corners finding a free man at the back post every time. The goal, their player literally volleyed it back into the danger area. I mean, how badly set up was that? And it happened aswell in the 2nd half.

It's so bad it's almost laughable.

I genuinely have no idea what the coach does with these players during training sessions. Nothing structurally I guess.

For a elite professional football club to be so badly coached is hard to comprehend.

As I say, I'm no elite coach or anything but I wouldn't have that in the team I manage. It wouldn't happen. And if it did, I'd have them on the training field working it out. Giving each player a job to do. It's not even like it was a player beaten in the wait. That happens. It's was just poor shape and structure.

Supposedly, Ange insists on gung-ho attacking football no matter the price. 100 mile an hour football no sitter the price. That's his ethos.

When's the last time we did that. We are absolutely awful to watch. It's boring and tepid. Even his own ethos on its own doesn't work.
