What is actually concerning is for an old fool like you to state GA and follow these new kids as this is the only way to view football.

And seeing as you want to go down the stats route, he has been involved in 14 goals in the premier league this season so far. I leave your wonderful head to figure out where that puts him compared to our players.

Our strikers have all been utter crap this season. This is well documented. Saying that, Zirkzee has the same amount of goals and Rasmus has two more.

Bruno has far greater stats than Elanga and he has not really been "shining" either.

Just admit you got carried away with the hyperbole and move on.

On Forest attaining CL this season it will be down to Wood's goals and their managers defensive set up. Not Elanga shining.

Elanga had a tough start to the season and wasn’t stating tbf but he’s now put together back to back seasons where he has a goal or assist every other game which is more than decent.

You surely cannot be this daft!!! A player shining at Manchester United is not comparable to a player shining at forest.

Champions league qualification is what a club this statue expects, thus the reason for all the bad energy around the club.

Forest are in big time overachievement territory, so to discount a player that has had 14 goals contributions to a team that you just said their potential CL entry is down to managers defensive set up really shows your stupidity VC.

They are not getting there by drawing games, so even with his defensive set up they need goals (no matter how little) to win games. Okay, so Wood is 1st. But let’s look at the numbers:

Wood has recorded 18 goals and 3 assists, totaling 21 goal contributions. Elanga follows with 6 goals and 8 assists, amounting to 14 contributions.

So the second highest contributor to goals and assists is not shining and a big reason for their champions league quest. My word!

If you understood what Hyperbole meant, then you would have arrived here a day ago.

No one has suggested Elanga is not doing well, in fact I have stated he is.

But we often see on here some posters who get carried away in the moment (Robbsie is a classic example of this) and over exaggerate things.

Your original dig was at someone who has offended you by stating that some players who are playing better for other clubs because they couldn't handle the pressure od playing for United.

There is something to this as well as transfer fees or as you say, getting away from playing with other $hit players.

It doesn't have to be one or the other, it can be a combination of many things.
