Brownhill 16 goals/6 assists from midfield.
He'd be my POTY.

Trafford no brainer best keeper.

Happy for Tanka, Bogle, and James.
Well deserved. All 3 had great seasons.
Bit surprised Rodon didn't get in.
But, Burnley set defensive records so, yeah.

Agree with Shaun, Piroe should've got in over Sargent.

Parker deserved it, didn't have the same quality as our squad.

EFL Awards, like most similar awards are a bit of a nonesense. It’s just a few people’s opinions, and they’re a bit contrived to ‘look’ balanced. It’s not a terrible team. Brownhill for tanaka is the obvious one for me but then we’d be ‘under’ appreciated, if they put him in for Bellingham then Sunderland would have no one. Etc

I prefer the PFA ones as it’s players voting but even then, you don’t know how much of the opposition players /games they watch. Do they pick their mates etc.

Nothing worth getting hot under the collar about.

Bellingham only in because of his name.

Apparently only three players from one team are allowed. So someone said anyway.

How can they hand out awards before the season is over.
If we win the league Daniel Farke should get the accolade and league two award is a joke, not awarding Grant McCann for his incredible job with Doncaster

I said we should have gone for Sargent in January but was shot down. Cracking player who came back from injury and simply scored goals.

Having said that, Piroe, after last week, must have been a strong contender. I guess it’s the games he disappeared in that let him down.

You got shot down because you wanted to replace the top scorer in the league, with someone who had just back from injury, it was the timing.

For what it worth, I like sargent very much.

Bellingham, should be nowhere near team of year, literally has no goals or assists, second half of season

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Sargent in a Leeds shirt next season. Not sure whether he’d be able to step up but think he’d suit the team

Sargent and Piroe are very different, could possibly play together if the manager can balance the team.
