Terminate Rasmus contract today!!!

Since last season, I have mentioned over and over again this player is surplus to requirements. If you understand this game of football, there’s no way having watched this guy could you come to the conclusion he may come good for the ambitions of Manchester United. He is not good enough if you’re fighting relegation. He may be a championship standard striker and even that I am being nice.

Dwight Yorke labeled the signing as a waste of money, asserting that Højlund is “not even close" to being good enough for the club.

He averages just 1.52 shots per game, placing him in the bottom 2% among strikers in Europe’s top five leagues.

I have sat on the sidelines regarding Amorim for most of the season and probably still there. However, if he was sacked today and one of the reasons is his persistence in playing this clown, I would support it.

I'm not saying bring back Antony. I'm saying he was terrible for us and fans gave up on him, he has since gone on loan and been one of the best players in La Liga and we are in a much better position to sell him than we were 6 months ago.

Loaning Hojlund to somewhere like Italy (where he did well at Atalanta) or Germany could enable him to build up his confidence, develop and perform to a better level where we can reassess him and probably sell him for a fee rather than rip up his contract like you're suggesting.

Thought you'd go false 9.

It certainly would have made Bruno harder to shackle if he was floating. But to go Rasmus and Mount from the left was just weird from the manager.

Alright, that’s very fair. I am not that much amazed that Antony is doing well. He was doing very well at Ajax. I am not sure Rasmus was even doing very well whilst at Italy. Rasmus is a championship standard player at best

Why hasn't Amorim been sacked yet?

Scholay

Maybe that is his current level like it was Gyokeres’ level when he joined Coventry on loan a year older than Hojlund is currently. The point is, what we are seeing of Hojlund at United isn’t a fair reflection of the player he could be imo. Maybe he’ll never be good enough for us but as we have seen time and time again when players leave us they more often than not go on to play at a far higher level because of many factors. And I personally think loaning him out could be a sensible option rather than ripping his contract or selling him when his stock is at its lowest.

If he was going to be sacked it will be after Sunday. Also being this bad could motivate ineos going scorched earth selling all the way to Bruno. We should be selling 50-60% of the squad this year.

It's the fast paced, physical nature of the toughest league in the world. Most players just aren't cut out for it. They much prefer the easy life of tippy tappy football on a warm Tuesday evening down in Bournemouth and Brighton and are scared to actually challenge themselves in a more demanding league.

Relatively lightweight midfielders like McGinn struggled to make a real impact up in Scotland, now bullying players in the lightweight PL.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Possibly my favourite example was Danny Fox. Was in the Championship team of the year and had many Premier League clubs interested, but signed for Celtic. Was touted as a replacement to Nakamura due to his free-kick prowess. Didn't score a single goal for Celtic, and ended up being benched by Lee Naylor, the player he had come in to replace.
After just six months, Celtic sold him to a Premier League team for a profit. Because a player failing in the SPL still shows enough ability to be an EPL player.

Also still bitter he got into the Scotland squad ahead of Paul Dixon, despite both being English and considerably worse than Paul Dixon.

100%. It does not matter who goes, I don’t care.

Surprisingly the big Italian clubs appear to be interested in Hojlund.
