genuinely didnt know , had to google it.

Betis will be the first semi competent team they will face in the comp.

every other team chelsea had youth players that were worth more than their opponents entire club, ie stadium, every single player, training ground the lot.

Its a farce that they are in the comp tbf.

Maresca and Boehly crying over Betis getting their league fixture moved

Its very telling that Chelsea have a euro final coming up and a league game, and the league game is the priority.

They'd still compete for the SPL even if they didn't, but I do take your point.

Just as discussions about Celtic joining the Premier League have always been interesting, you could make the same statements about UEFA banning Premier League teams from this comp soon (or giving them the choice to withdraw), cos it is a bit of a farce.

The Champions League still has heavy hitters who can overpower Premier League teams. Europa League's on the line of that now as was evident this season, but Conference League takes the p!ss. Any Premier League team that wants to win this, focusses on it, can at a cater.

The winner was an own goal too. I think that final was played a few days before Bayern beat Valencia in the CL final, although that was on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

I think you might need to go back to the previous century to find a defeat inside the regulación 90. Speaking from memory, but it might have been Mallorca in the final edition of the CWC (v Lazio, perhaps?).

yeah its difficult to put in place to strictly ban a league, maybe have it so that for conference league if your country has a certain amount of coefficient score your not eligible?
