We’ve once again heard to usual drivel from both our own fans and opposition fans that he would sign for Newcastle over us.
Some never learn.
Mbeumo wants to join us

Bruno is going to regret not leaving. That the club was willing to listen to offers should have been a sign.
Also Sancho coming back is just shows how our salary structure will delay whatever renewal we could start again.

Why would he regret moving to the Saudi league? He's clearly far too good for it and would be wasting his talents there. There has been no indication that we are listening to offers from European sides because we wouldn't be getting much selling to them. The only reason we were open to selling to a Saudi team was because of the money it could give us to spend on replacements.

That's because there are no offers from European sides. To listen to offers from Saudi means we will listen to offers from anyone. Just no one will pay close to that much or match his wages. We still remain the only idiots.

So what is Bruno going to regret if no European clubs have made an offer and we are highly unlikely to sell him cheap which is what any European club would expect to pay for a nearly 31 year old.
You don’t make much sense ever do you?

Times: ‘Brentford and Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo, 25, is hoping for wages of £250,000 a week - five times his current wage - if he joins Manchester United.’

Not sure what the source was, but heard on Talksport that we have agreed a £46m fee for Mbeumo. Feels about right to me.
