will never be easier.
PSR, is really biting, best players get sold everywhere.
Alot of rebuilding to be done, going to be a wild August for transfers
Looking like bottom of half prem

Any one know where 'And Don Revie is the king' is these days? His information is usually pretty reliable. Got to admit that the low level of transfer activity is a concern. However, it doesn't take much to change that.

£30m spent. Are we any stronger than the team that got promoted? Time will tell
If the season kicked off today we are relegated
No goalkeeper. Dosnt matter how may defenders you sign if the keeper is poor your in trouble. Whole defensive unit has to work together.
Where are the goals coming from. Just can’t see the strikers, cam and wingers scoring enough goals at this level. Our midfielders don’t score many.
Hopefully we get a new GK CAM ST asap to give us a chance

So you are saying neither Darlow or Meslier can stop the goals going in? A bit insulting really. Especially after what Darlow did in the last few games when it really mattered.
Yes we need a keeper if Meslier goes.
Yes we could do with a top notch attacking midfielder.
Yes we could do with another striker to challenge Piroe and Bamford. I’m assuming Joseph will go out on loan or be sold. I can’t see Bamford moving on at this stage and on his money. Unless we subsidise a move.
Anyway there is still plenty of time yet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m saying that the crowd have lost complete confidence with Meslier and there are signs that some of the players did. You can’t start a season like this with a keeper who is in a bad place confidence wise. The back 4/5 need to be able to play with the assurance that they have number1 behind them who can perform. Meslier hasn’t offered that for some time now.
Darlow. Ok he did fine for the last few games but he was playing in side that defensively didn’t give much away. Will be completely different in the premier league.
Starting next season with either one is literally relegation suicide imho.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who says Meslier will start? Darlow ended the season on a huge high. My guess is that he will now be number one unless we buy another keeper.
As for Bamford - he must be laughing at how many heads he lives in rent free.

Bamford's been laughing at us ever since he signed that ridiculous contract in 2021.

Most worrying aspect of this transfer window for me are the continuing links with Josh Sargent. That would be a huge step towards relegation. Disastrous signing.

Everyone - Bamford 8e8jt the best option, however he finished last season fairly well and can help the squad see out games with his style of play, its not what we want but with his contract its unlikely he will leave so if he can fill that role its probably the best we can hope for
Batty - F U how can you Fs F'ing support Bamford I hate you all why don't you F off and die
God I hate how you all abuse me and how abusive you are why don't you all just F off.

Everton with limited funds and about 14 players surely the most vulnerable of all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought Everton were in better shape after the takeover. From what I've read, the only players who have left are the players they didn't want. They've been linked with some decent players. I think Everton under Moyes will be solid, but boring.
