Gruev isn't good enough in midfield, obviously I want him sold but would be very lucky for that to happen.
So maybe an option at left back
Worth it try I would suggest
Although maybe too slow?

Well, I never said that. If you're going to specifically cite something i have said then maybe pick something I actually did say.

Gruev has played for Bulgaria at left back. Don't see the need myself as we have Schmidt and Byram who can both play there first. Gruev has played his part in promotion and deserves a go in the prem, albeit he's looking like 5th choice CM

As i said elsewhere the reports from training are the LB is decent, jurys out on the others dont think we will see the CB's striding out of defence like Paul Madeley or Rio Ferdinand.

Yeh don’t imagine we will Don - we bought two large rump steaks not fillets. Bijol reminds me of Creswell. Bit ironic we sell someone for a few million, who’s now (allegedly) worth £15-20m - and then buy his doppelganger for similar money

He's played at LCB for Bulgaria. I could find no record of him playing LB.

Lubo , I never said he played left back before
I thought he had played as a defender, either way it's irrelevant
The best solution is if he leaves but he's probably not wanted, I can't think why

I'd be absolutely shocked if there weren't Bundesliga teams who would take him in a heartbeat.

Gruev is very underrated by some Leeds fans. Watch the game from the east stand Upper and you will see more of what he is about. He’s a cracking player and has been a bargain. If he was sold I would think we would make a profit on him and that’s a rare feat in modern football.
More than happy for him to stay and fight for a place in midfield

Agreed, Kebab, he improved throughout the season and his performances in those final six games showed great maturity and composure.
Not too long ago, we got rid of Alioski because the club thought he wasn't suited to play at left back, and we ended up with Firpo instead. In the Premier League. And we know how that ended up. As Joni Mitchell once said, 'you don't know what you've got till it's gone'
