My sense with Rashford is that he rates himself too highly. He has undoubted quality but there are flaws to his game which have held him back, and which he hasnt seemed to address/acknowledge. These have led to him being dropped and you get the feeling from his actions that he looks at others for blame, not himself (otherwise he would have addressed these issues)

He strikes me as a good-time player who performs when times are good but who you cannot really rely on in adversity
