Promising start after most of last season seemingly lacking in energy. Not sure what is happening with Eddy and would be disappointed if he left but players move on. Foden and Rodri to come back and with the new midfielders this season should be much better than last. Bernardo was back to being the Energiser Bunny which gives everybody a lift and Rico had a good game, albeit against a team not really carrying much of a threat. Quite a few teams at the top end of mid table seem to have sold the quality players they had, Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton etc so it will be really important to deal with them as City did with Wolves. Spurs have bought big ( I assume Levy is bound and gagged in a cupboard somewhere) and Frank is a decent manager so they must be looking at upper end of mid table as a minimum, United have spent a lot but somehow will manage to make a sow's ear out of a silk purse as usual. Hoping to at least make a decent fist of this season and move the ball quicker after winning turnovers.

Great start to the season and all 4 debutants look like being successful additions to the squad.
I think Eddy's gone, sad in one way because of his awesome distribution but he lost us games last season and didn't really shine at the CWC. Not particularly arrsed if we buy Donnarumma, I rate him highly but I'd prefer to give Trafford a chance.
Still need a RB imo to have the 'perfect' squad, ie 2 players for every position.

Promising start. Won’t be sorry to see Ederson go. Been very erratic. Too quick to tear off his line, because he is bored, when defenders could deal with the situation. Not a particularly good shot stopper and doesn’t command the area. Rather see what Trafford can do.
Looking forward to this season after having lost my Mojo a bit over the last few years.
