When?
When will one of our players score a goal in the Premier League?
2 games and 0 goals scored by our players.
Burnley at home next (come on, Grimsby don't count) and then City away.
So far I'm really not impressed by Mbeumo. Lots of running around by him not no actual quality so far.
Cunha has looked good in the first 25 minutes in these last 2 games but has faded away as the game has gone on.
Sesko coming on in both second halfs he's been basically anonymous so far.
Why was Amad played at RB? Mbeumo should have come off, Amad pushed up to RW, and then Sesko on.
What's it going to take for MUFC to score one singular goal? Seems like an absolute miracle

Come on Tu, you know winning a second hand trophy like the FA cup or League cup is better than winning nothing like Arsenal (the best 1st place losers) these last 5 years

Try scoring a goal from open play

We probably won't, but the facts based on the last 5 years, we'll probably score 10 goals all season and still win more trophies than arsenal. Just going off the last 5 years is all

I agree Mbeumo had a bad game and Amad sub so baffling. The goal we conceded came from the clown, Dalot.
I am not sure though Amad would've done any better against Bassey. He is a colossal defender when it comes to trying to just run at him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It actually came from Mbeumo, but I wouldn’t have expected you to understand that.

Dalot tried to do a stupid turn and they nicked the ball off him. What’s there to understand you cretin?

Amad isn't a player that just runs past you. He's clever with the ball and doesn't need speed to get round you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And he tried having a go at Bassey through the game and Bassey stood tall against both him and Mbeumo!

Both games have felt like we are pretty reliant on Cunha to score from open play, a bit if genius really, and he’s been unlucky to finish two games without a goal.

You are all angry, yet you can all see we need that type of defender.

The fool has done a runner after talking utter shi*.
Dalot tried to do a turn thinking he is Dennis B. Ball got nicked. Defender went down the byline, cross, goal.
Foolish foolish guy

I will try to explain this to you, because I'm feeling particularly generous this afternoon. Let's see if you can understand why Amorim will be tearing Mbeumo a new one, rather than Dalot.
Fulham break down the left in a counter from deep, with the ball played ahead of Jiménez. The early cross is cleared out to Dalot, isolated, who is closed down by Iwobi, and doesn't manage to bring it under control. Iwobi grabs the ball wide of the box around 30 yards from goal.
At this point, Dalot has Iwobi covered, and United are well stocked in the middle, with all three CBs, Dorgu and both CMs back and well-positioned. Dalot's CB (Yoro) is positioned fine, just ahead of Jiménez to clear any low ball into the box.
Then a full four seconds after Iwobi takes control of the ball (and he's isolated by the touchline now, having been forced away from goal), Robinson appears, *jogging* into the TV camera's frame. Who's man is that? Mbeumo's. Where is Mbeumo? We don't know for another couple of seconds when he also comes ambling into view also at a leisurely jog.
So now there's a two on one. Mbeumo must see this, but we don't see him accelerating back to help his WB. Instead, if anything, he slows down.
Robinson makes the decoy run inside Dalot, Dalot has no option but to cover off that run, space is made for the cross, and in the ball goes.
Mbeumo has to be there tracking Robinson's run. He has plenty of time to get there, not least because we're already in what is the second phase of Fulham's attack and he has to have seen Robinson (again, his responsibility) set off, not particularly quickly, in front of him.
Was Dalot irresponsible in giving the ball away? Maybe, but that will happen sometimes from a clearance, and at that point, there's no great danger. Iwobi is 30 yards out, moving away from goal, and covered. The United defence is well stocked and well set.
There's no real danger until Robinson, who has wandered ahead of his marker, enters the equation.
