Seriously, what is going on at your club, how do you buy & then keep some of these players ? 👀
Utd have soooo much money. Every time I think this can't continue - it does !!! 😂
Listening to Amorim speak about his players - I think he wants to throw in the towel...

The Grimsby keeper said he's a Man U fan. Get him.

He'd prob half a week of Onanas wage

Amorim’s repeated post-match comments certainly sounded like a guy who’s hoping to be sacked in the International break. Wasn’t he basically saying the players clearly don’t want to play for him?

Weird he said the systems not important ofc it is, has been from the start. Tryna play players in it that have no facking clue how to play it still, never did and ofc thats important.

If Amorim has any sense he plays Heaton for the rest of the season. No way he's as bad as the other two.

No one at the club should sleep until they sign a new goalkeeper.

Not Amorim in but to be fair, he meant the system is not the main problem. Maybe there’s some truth as we were sht in the other systems too

He'd suddenly become pants upon setting foot at Old Toilet, the grim reaper of previously rated players.

What’s going on is they decided to rip it up and start again, with Amorim. He was going to bring a whole new system, requiring a whole new set of players and therefore have to sell loads and buy loads.
The problem is the system doesn’t work in the PL, especially if you don’t have top players in every position. Yet he’s been allowed to sell good players and buy a mixed bag, some of which for the system that will be gone when he leaves, as he’s too stubborn to change it himself.
The next manager will again have to rip it up and start again, costing hundreds and hundreds of millions, again.
Liverpool approached Amorim before Slot and when he said he wanted to go with his system, he was put in the bin as it was going away from the plan, would cost a lot of money to implement and then a lot again if(when) it doesn’t work. United still took him on. A very poor decision.

They do have a better squad now.
It wouldn't cost that much to adapt it into a 4-3-3.
They need a new keeper regardless, they also need a CM regardless.
It would require 2 LWs to change the squad into a 4-3-3. They could get around that until January by using Cunha/Diallo there. It's not like they will be fatigued with 1 competition between now and then.
LBs - Dorgu / Shaw
CBs - Yoro / De Ligt / Maguire / Heaven
RBs - Mazraoui / Dalot
DMs - Ugarte / Casemiro
CMs - Fernandes / Mainoo / Mount
LW -
RW - Mbuemo / Diallo
FW - Cunha / Sesko

Do they?
No keeper, all crap.
No left backs, one is done and always injured and the other is an awful wing back and even worse full back.
Centre backs, perhaps some potential there, perhaps.
Right back - poor options.
Central midfield, trying to sell Mainoo, sold McTominay, Casemiro a year older and seemingly done. No energy.
Attack, front three have potential, backups sold as didn’t need wingers, attempting to sell only other striker.
