No sure I’ve ever seen him drive forward with the ball, at this level I think you need a little more in your repertoire.

Almost every pass is 5 yards or backwards and he then positions himself in such a way that he's not an option to be passed to.

Throw in a sprinkling of giving ball away in bad positions and being completely ineffective on goal-line and its like playing with 10 men.
