Chelsea have been charged with 74 breaches of the FA’s Agent Regulation rules between 2009 and 2022.
These relate primarily to the period 2010/11-2015/16 under Roman Abramovich. Chelsea have until 19 September to answer.

They'll just sell a few hotels and recall a few loan players and then be given a fine. Wolves definitely deserve a points deduction though.

Some of these comments are a bit rich considering United weasled their way out of the PSR offences Everton got punished for
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ours were due to having no fans for the covid seasons not by cheating for a decade like you horrible lot. When you have 75k match goers and aren't sponsored by the sovereign wealth of Abu Dhabi.....those losses hurt.
Chelsea and CIty have had to cheat to win.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, you claimed you lost 50 times more than anyone else, you also blamed it on losing sponsorship from Aeroflot because of government sanctions
Everton’s takeover deal collapsed over the same sanctions but were still punished for overspending
Corruption at it’s most blatant
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Corruption at it's finest when we're finishing 8th and 15th. Keep telling yourself what you need to hear mate.
Manchester United don't control the PL contrary to what you tin foil hat brigade might think.
As a club we've been hit harder than most by lengthy bans. Rio Ferdinand got a longer suspension for missing drugs tests than Adrian Mutu got for testing positive for coke whilst at Chelsea. Keane got 10 games for a reckless tackle and was made an example of just like Rio. Cantona got 9 months for kicking a racist and abusive b3ll 3nd in the throat.
We're just a bigger and better club than you are. We don't need charity and to break rules to win things. You do.

Boris is one who demands proof/details/links etc if you ever make any judgement on City's accusations of cheating.
and here he is with his wild imagination stating United claims their covid losses were "50 times" more than anyone else, and then disputes the actual figures which satisfied the PL assessment....

The new owners shouldn't be punished financially imo because they're the ones that admitted it.
At the same time, Chelsea should not benefit from cheating, so they should be stripped of all trophies that were won during the offending years.

Chelsea are confident they will avoid a points deduction after being hit with 74 Football Association charges over alleged breaches of agent payments. The club are waiting for their punishment but expect it to be a fine.

FA sanction for Chelsea likely to be in line with their UEFA settlement. Sporting sanctions such as points deductions not understood to be on the agenda. Chelsea self-reported the breaches and have co-operated with the FA.

I'm sure they'll weasel their way out of it and some smaller team will get a points deduction instead.

Already punished by UEFA for this so would expect something along similar lines from the FA.
Will be difficult for them to justify something drastically bigger, which, if so, imagine (reading between the lines of the club statement) the club would likely challenge.

Do you ever take your head out of your arrse! Its never your fault is it, and you have a go at the scousers for the same thing. You're an absolute be!!end

Nah more a case of you taking your head out of your mums arsss u absolute prlck
If you were intelligent enough to read the actual post you'd see that nobody is actually denying responsibility, the new owners were the ones to actually flag it up in the first place.

Not sure if i am right here or not but this is an FA charge, a breach has occured in that insufficient financial information has been submitted, and a punishment for that will follow.
If that missing info kept Chelsea compliant against the PL FFP rules, then that's a different matter, for the PL to address and they are the ones handing our point deductions and fines for non compliance, and taking City to court over deliberately concealing information.
I read somewhere the PL are also investigating suspect processes in some player purchases alongside this admitted breach, so i think we can expect those charges to land sometime this decade, going by the PLs speed of operation!
