Let me guess, you like the Lighthouse Family or Mike and the Mechanics, or think that Coldplay is edgy.

Spotify has created AI bands, based openly on the music of real (human) bands of the same genre, and then promoted those bands in its algorithm over the bands it has ripped off.

Some of this ripped off AI slop has millions of streams, largely by listeners who have absolutely no idea that they're listening to an AI band. All because Spotify is desperate not to pay artists a penny.

I don't see that as healthy progress, personally.

Who own the copyright?

Guy who pressed the buttons?
Google, Microsoft etc?
NVidia?

Always follow the money.

dont know why you are getting so defensive? im criticising the AI music. you didnt really "make" anything yourself
