Or too stubborn? Serious question from me for a change. Was the celtic board at fault for not getting in an older head e.g. Davie Hay for Neil Lennon's side kick instead of the Stuart Baxter debacle. Would Neil have accepted a legend rather than an unknown in Baxter or was he too stubborn and wanted to do the job with his backroom staff who are unexperienced. I reckon he made a mistake by going on his own, but hey ho what would I know.
