Why Is 'Filtering' Part of this forum?

I don't know why it's part of this forum. I have used a lot of forums, and I've never seen anything worse than this filtering rubbish.

Majority of us come here to debate. Debates consists of two sides arguing a point.
How is it any fun when one side decides to block you?

Majority of us gooners are unable to post on large number of articles on the the Man U and Liverpool board.

Tottenham and Chelsea fans can take more of the banter imo.

Either way, I'm sure a lot of us real football fans don't like this filtering bull, why can't we just vote it out?
I'm sure the admins can get rid off it.
