Veivers is a good choice IMO...
He must of learnt a few things from being Nobles right hand man, mixed with playing under some excellent coaches and a blend of his own knowledge of the game can only be a positive move by Salford to sign him.
Salford at different times showed they can mix it with the big guns on there day. Like a lot of clubs, injuries will be a concern and could do with a couple more big names to climb up the ladder some what.....good luck to them for 2012 and with a new stadium hopefully a few more fans will turn up and cheer them on...

So much for Matt Parish stepping down for personel reasons.....he very quickly recovered after sorting out his issues, quickly enough to sign-on as assistant coach to Geoff Toovey at Manly......
I've got nothing against a man doing better for himself......but less bull-dust would of been appreciated by the Salford fans I'm sure....

Of course Parrish lied all along we said he hadn't been approached about the assistants job at Manly.
