Fact is, you win games or pick up points consistently, you move up the rankings and fair enough like Ireland. You lose game after game and you slide. Its simple and no need for that explanation from Alex. Judging how NI currently play, im not so sure that they would beat any of the teams currently above them. There is no evidence to suggest otherwise.

If there was a european rankings system and NI were near the bottom then fair enough. European football is of a far higher standard that the likes of the Central American or African (bar the bigger teams like Ivory Coast , Nigeria , Cameroon etc). My point is that these teams never play European teams but are above European teams that would beat them easily.
Are you getting my point? Let your anti-NI bias drop for a minute.

Look at Poland , they havent been playing any qualifiers because they are co-hosts for the Euros. They are 7 places below the Cape Verde Islands. Cmon lads , get a grip.

Cape Verdes are in the mid-Atlantic , just off the coast of Senegal i think. They had 1 or 2 good games at home against middle of the road African teams and rocketed up the rankings , apparently they are better than Poland now hahah.
These 2 clowns anti-NI stance wont let them see that the rankings are a farce ffs . No point trying to argue with them anymore. They havent a clue about football ffs

The Cape Verdean womenfolk are strikingly good looking, being a wide mix of everything, sailors being what they are.On the minus side, a wee bit on the volatile side, and one hell of an aim as you're beating a hasty retreat in your truck out of their driveway. It leaves the kind of dent that will take mutiple coats of filler, never mind the primer , colours and clear/topcoats.
