Good Performances against Sri Lanka

What a great performance from Pakistan, we beat Sri Lanka 1-0 in the test series, 4-1 in the ODI's and we won the one off T20 match. I mean you couldn't ask much more of the boys. They knew about all the negativity about Pakistan with the three players getting jail bans and that but still they played they game and won in style.

I have to say, I was happy with the team selection. I was delighted to see Sarfaraz Ahmed given the chance and he done okay, batting is average but his wicket keeping is his key attribute. Shahid Afridi absolutely shone especially in the 5th ODI, I'm just glad his back within the team as his a great player.

Misbah-Ul-Haq for me has to be the best player for us though, everyone was saying "his finished, he should never play for Pakistan again after how he played against India in the world cup", I admit i was one of them guys but however, under extreme pressure as being the captain he was truly amazing, his captaincy was spot on, he batted like a leader, gave it his best and most importantly the players look like they want to play for him which is important.

Next we got Bangladesh and the way we are playing under Misbah, I for one am in love with Pakistan cricket (I know it won't last long, someone will do something silly) and I can't wait for the series to begin as I will be watching it with excitement.

A positive from the jail sentences of our three players is that no Pakistani's will be match fixing in the near future
