Weird thing looking at the League Cup Semi-finalists; THREE of the four teams have Scottish managers - our own Kenny, Malky McKay and Dougie Freedman (and one Italian).
Of the Quarter-finals FIVE of the eight were Scottish - inc. Fergie and Steve Kean (with a Frenchman and Portuguese manager).
This in a week where the first Premier manager is sacked - an Englishman.
With Black in charge of Sunderland temporarily, that's 7 of the 20 Prem teams being run by Scots (but only 4 English managers)?…
And of those 9 Scots, all of them were born in or around Glasgow?
Maybe a part of the Glaswegian psyche - ie they take no nonsense and go radge at the drop of a hat, but that's too many to be a mere coincidence?…
Should the next England Mnger be Glaswegian

Actually 8 managers in the PL are scottish.

Glasgow's my second favourite city. Our kid lived there for a few years. I remember going there and coming back but the bit inbetween was generally a blur.

8 PL managers Scottish? I've got 7? Who's the 8th?
I've got Kean, Kenny, Fergie, Moyes, Lambert, McLeish and (temporarily) Black...

And Glasgow's a FAR better night out that Edinburgh, in my considered (and thoroughly researched...) opinion...

Owen Coyle. You can argue that he represented the Republic of Ireland....but he was born and raised in the Gorbles in Glasgow.
