FA Cup - Wolves

This is why I love the FA Cup!

bcfc many thanks for taking a few years off me! I think you've actually had a decent run in Europe. Surely you must be glad it's over and you can concentrate on what matters most this season?

No I would rather stay in Europe, it has been a fun ride and I don't want it to end. Promotion can wait till next season as far as I am concerned. I have enjoyed this season so far and being in this league isn't the end of the world. We, like yourselves are never going to win the premier league so whats all teh fuss about being there? We win more games in this league and have more fun away from home.

Least we will get to play you next season if we stay in the championship.

Tatter, I ain't bitter mate. Why would I be tbh, and yes, you did say up in 6th, and yes I would take that given the circumstances at Stans..
But we're not out of Europe just yet. If we beat Maribor and Braga win in Bruges, guess what ? We qualify.
If's and buts, I know, but who knows.
I hope we play eachother next season but its anyone's guess which division we could both be in.
As for the FA cup, whoever loses can reel out the old chestnut " we can concentrate on the league" line.

"I have enjoyed this season so far and being in this league isn't the end of the world." BCFC83 I'm with you on this one. Going down is crushing, being down ain't so bad.
RBC I think the season must have gone better for you than you'd have feared. If we'd been in your position, with the owner you've got I'd have been fretting on our survival as a club so to have had a decent run in Europe and to be within touching distance of the play offs must be better than you were expecting? Any sign of getting rid of the crook soon?

The crook is up in court again on Wednesday and from my friend in HK I have been told that he must enter a plea on Wednesday, so we should have more information after then.

I've tried to hold out with my "innocent until proven guilty" stance, but I think it would actually be better if he just went down regardless. If he's not guilty of money laundering then he should be jailed for that stupid fur coat and for being an idiot. It seems a million years since we all viewed him as the saviour of Birmingham City.

"should be jailed for that stupid fur coat and for being an idiot" crimes against humanity!

Tony
If you're a judge I hope I'm never up in front of you !

Tony Jeff. I really did laugh out loud, "should be jailed for that stupid fur coat"
Truly one of 'THE' quotes on JA606.

Tatter, any place above the bottom three is a bonus this season. To be within touching distance of the playoffs and having a prolonged go in Europe is more than enough to forgive last seasons collapse.

We do have a knack for picking up owners with dodgy fashion sense. Sullivan and his awful suits, not to mention the stupid russian hat, and now Carson Yeung and his fur coat. Didnt he wear some tiger print suit as well?

As far as the team goes, we're doing well. I still think we could find ourselves in the play off spots come the end of the season. Who knows, we may just trundle along all season and scrape into automatic. Wishful thinking.
