NB: Chelsea will qualify for the last 16 if they draw 0-0 or beat Valencia and Leverkusen do not lose. If Leverkusen lose, Chelsea will only qualify if they beat Valencia.  t      he Blues will win the group if they beat Valencia and Leverkusen do not beat Genk.    If Valencia beat Chelsea or earn a score draw, they will qualify for the last 16.
