Interesting appointment if it goes through. Either going to be another Mourinho or another Scholari. Looking forward to finding out which! One's thing for sure though, fail to get a trophy in the first season and he's off!

I dont think he will be sacked after 1 season if he fails to produce the goods, 2 seasons , most probably.

I think Roman maybe sees him as the next Pep Guardiola. Roman has a vision of Chelsea becoming Barcelona so the appointment is actually not that surprising. However, if he fails, I'm pretty sure it will be another manager that Roman will put on the manager trash heap!
