GRAYSON TO WIELD THE AXE

According to the man himself one or two of the players will never play for the club again after today's performance.Something which he apparently would not take lightly.

If he he ever browses these pages then a simple question for Simon:

What about you Mr Grayson ? Do you take any responsibility for these players who consistently fail us and some of which resort to mutiny ?

Most of us would be very interested to hear some self analysis and open honest replies from our manager.

Alas, this is unlikely to happen so let's all just hope that the axe which he is threatening to wield now is big enough to be turned upon Grayson and the rest of his backroom staff.

Get him out of our club now and the sooner the better.

Someone posted earlier that relegation could become a real issue and I fear they could be right if he is allowed to waste more time and money in January.

When you pay peanuts you tend to end up with monkeys more often than not.

ADRK - aside from the players I cannot imagine that Grayson was the cheapest option though when he was brought into the club bearing in mind we had to pay Blackpool compensation for his release.

Knowing Leeds the players that will never play again will be Pugh and Keogh due to us not being able to afford them.
Nothing will change, not enough depth to swap the team anymore..
Strikers not firing, where's Forsell?

Rumour is Snodgrass going to Norwich.

Norwich were after Snodgrass before but opted for Pilkington.

The January window is more useful for Prem clubs like Norwich than Championship clubs like us because good players are open to moving up to Prem, whilst good players are not open to moving to a mid table Championship team.

Depends upon Snoddy's projected recovery period.I would have thought the summer would be most likely although, you never know with Bates.

It was suggested that Norwich had offered £4m pre season although, the club wanted a minimum of £8m which Norwich understandly baulked at.

Pilkington was their 2nd option and although he is quicker he is now where near as good as Snoddy despite my obvious bias.

If Snoddy had pace then he would have been gone ages ago because massive money would have been bid and would have prised him away.

Without him then you would have to fear that an overall ordinary bunch would then become even more mediocre than before.

I think Snoddy won't be match fit until March.

If I was in Norwich's position and I felt I needed a boost now I would look elsewhere.

However, if I was looking to get Snoddy on the cheap now, I would put a bid in knowing that his reason for being off is not injury related.

I wouldn't underestimate the Scottish connection either i.e. lambert.
