Hi guys,
I got my dart board a few years ago - and only really play during the World's but sometimes get the urge to throw a few throughout the year - and as i'm getting older I seem to be throwing more frequently.
I just wondered what I need to do to maintain the board? Is there anything I can do or do I need to just buy a new one? If so, how often?
Cheers!

Fill your bath to halfway with tepid water.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes
Add 1/2 cup of Bicarbonate of Soda, 4 tbps of Malt Vinegar (must be malt), one cap of non- biological washing powder (brand not important) and some industrial salt (for use of cleaning white goods: washing machines etc)
Lower your board into the water, place gently on the bottom of the bath and leave for 2 hours.
Add salt & pepper to taste

Galvin
The best thing to do is to keep the board out of direct sunlight, its useful to get a cabinet for it with fold out panels

I just find replacing it when you think it's knackered is the common sense way of doing it.....
Anyhoo......I've been playing Kinect Sports 2...and the darts just may be the best family/multi player game I've ever played...just for the laugh of it...superb stuff

Macca, take the numbers wire off, rotate the board (not 360 degrees ) and put the wire back on...saves the 1 & 5 getting too pounded

I just thought you would purchase the board with a one off payment end off
Don't pay it and see what happens. Please keep us updated

If you don't dribble some oil on the board and rub it in, you will ruin your darts. They go blunt, and the dont fly true
