Bring one legend back

Even as a Tottenham fan, it was hard not to smile when Thierry Henry scored on his second Arsenal debut. It was such a typical Henry goal too. As a football fan, I can appreciate true quality, and Henry had that in abundance during his first spell. He was undeniably a special player.

He's obviously lost a yard of pace and doesn't look all that fit and I'm fairly sure his return won't prove a masterstroke and propel Arsenal back into the title race. He also slightly ruined the begrudging respect I had for him with the infamous handball incident. Still, if there was one player who could make Arsenal slightly more likeable, it was Henry or Bergkamp.

But, thinking from a Tottenham perspective now, if you could bring back one special player from the past to join this team for six weeks, who would it be? Klinsmann, Ginola, 'Teddy, Teddy Sheringham', Hoddle, Ardiles, Crooks, Greaves, Mabutt, Gazza?

Also, on a side note, it was interesting to see how seriously Arsenal were taking the FA Cup. They seem to now realise that the FA Cup represents their best chance of silverware and played a team accordingly. We, on the other hand, and I know we were playing lesser opposition, put out a second string side. Are things starting to change that much? Is it a complete role reversal? Us going for the title, playing some fantastic football, with young, pacy players. Arsenal becoming a cup side with a few special stars, or just RVP, underperfoming strikers and a shaky defence.

It's probably not that drastic, but if we don't take this chance to redress the balance of power in North London, we never will. If we don't finish above Arsenal this year it'll be a huge failure and could set us back for another few years. With Arry in charge and the team we currently have, I have no doubts we will, and no doubts we'll be the top team in London come May.

Disagree with applying this to Bergkamp. Towards the end of his career he was a dirty thug...involved in numerous incidents which, if he wasn't such a good player, would have tarnished his reputation

Would have to be Teddy for me. Even named my son after him.

How odd, a Spurs fan naming his son after a Manchester United legend
