It seems to me a simple answer to the Olympic stadium to have either west ham/orient or spurs/orient to ground share.
When orient play you could just open the lower tier to keep the atmosphere and offer free entry to the spurs/west ham fans on their season tickets which would boost the crowds and get extra revenue at the ground so in the long run everyone should be happy as the overheads and general running costs would be cheaper for each club.I'm certain if Stockport came to eastlands it would work pretty well,many city fans used to go to county on a Friday night in the old days and with city practically never playing on a Saturday afternoon,I'm sure the county crowd would be well up on what it is now.I don't know if there is any history/animosity between orient and the other 2 but surely it would make economic sense and if a season ticket entitled supporters to go to each others games then I'm sure the chances of filling the 60k stadium would be higher

Turn over all stadiums to local authoritys. They could then pay a fee to football clubs for appearing. Run them all like Rock concerts with profits to the locals.

Absolute myth that County Playing on a Friday Night was a boost to Crowds.
We had under 2,000 regularly when I started going late 70's early 80's
We moved back to Saturdays and 5,000 became the norm.
