Last season we thought too many draws cost us automatic promotion.
In fact our record was W25 D12 L9
So far this year we have W14 D13 L2
So we have drawn more already than last season !
I know we have only lost 2, but when you look at Wednesday & United who have both lost 6 games, Wednesday are 2 points ahead, whilst United are 2 points worse off with 2 games in hand.
This proves one thing to me, Clark is only intererested in feathering his own nest & showing his next employers that he doesn't lose many games, the fact remains he is a nearly man, without our team at heart.
You can see it coming can't you, Sheff U get the 2nd spot, & Town lose in the play offs again!!
Wins are wins are wins, change it Clark or GO !!
Make some subs, when all the crowd can see shattered players hardly running on a pitch, which ultimatley let the oppostion back into the game, Why can't you or your 'mafia' see it !!

.......and if you don't like making substitutions, then don't play Tommy 'no-one else wants me, I'll call me mate Clarky' Miller in the first place.

I don't really rate Miller WTBA he goes missing too much but don't think you can argue with his selection yesterday. Johnson was very poor at Tranmere and without Roberts the midfield doesn't have anyone who can pass a ball and get us playing.

boothy, cads was knackered in the second half,Rhodes didn't do much throughout the game, not his fault though.
In my opinion, cads off, new lad out wide, bring Lee on for Rhodes and Novak for cads. Their defense wouldn't known what hit them.

LC was indecisive, and worried that his subs weren't good enough...worried about making a change which may cost us the game, didn't know what to do, so did nothing....rather than risk his reputation ?

Exactly Jacko, didin't want to risk his reputation on taking a risk to win the match, still when he goes for his interview with the tight santa at (b)elland Road this week, he can add it to his list of 'games undeafeted' can't he !!

I said exactly the same regarding Lee actually but have no idea what Kallum is like on the wing. However i do know what Novak can do and that's not alot and can't agree with taking Rhodes off at home despite him doing sod all, Clark would have got slated for taking our only goalscorer off.
I'd like to have seen Morrison's long throw with McCombe and Lee challenging in the area against a small and not at all physical team.

If Roberts or Ward had been fit yesterday we would have had 3 points.

We do miss Roberts 'assists', and Hunt is still our top goal provider.
Roberts has abundant skill, and draws 2 or 3 defenders towards him...funny how much we miss him when he often gets slagged as lazy when he plays.
if LC goes, we end up with McDermot as acting manager ? Oh God !!

McDermott is the coaching equivalent of Miller. What does he do?

Whilst I'm sure Mac the Tash does provide some kind of role at the club, I can't imagine he's inexpensive and in any way value for money.
You can be sure that Clark would take him if he goes and for me that is money down the pan. I'd have much rather Clark had taken on somebody new to coaching and eager to learn the ropes. Then when Clark does finally engineer a move away, we are left with somebody familiar with the club and the playing staff who could at least be interviewed for the position. It would certainly be more cost effective than the Geordie mafia that's for sure.
As for Roberts, Jacko is spot on. I don't think a Town player has frustrated me as much since Ben 'FOR GOD'S SAKE LINESMAN!!' Thornley. You spend 90 minutes wondering what he's actually done until his absence answers your question! He's been our talisman for a fair few years now and I do wonder if we expect too much from him. I think its more apparent now Pilks has gone. I don't think I fully appreciated the size of the void his departure would leave.
I'm still confident that Danny Ward, given a good run of games, will go some way to plugging that gap. I'm not confident, however, that our tinkerman has anywhere near the patience to allow that to happen.
For the first time in his tenure I'm finding the urge to scream CLARK OUT!!
