Is the chase on? Eng doing ok with 76-1 and Pak dropping some catches.

Game on.

The top order all got a start and not one of them went on to get 50 or more....all 8 of them, no single figures, they all got to see the ball in and blew it.....
What is the answer.....lack of effort, lack of pride, lack of ability, lack of form, lack of the will to win....????

I've seen some pretty ordinary pommie sides in my time, but I have never seen one the likes of what this mob just dished up to it's supporters, it lacked everything needed to be a half descent cricket team....pretty sad really.

Ajmal stole the show but this was a wonderful team effort, led by a very calm captain.
All credit to England's bowlers but no England batsman have much to be proud of.

Are you kidding me? The bowling was superb. I see no reason why this England side won't go on to dominate at home, and abroad bar the sub.c.

To many teams over the years just brush off the batting task because it is in the sub-continent......what a load of garbage, it may well be tougher conditions but that doesn't mean you can come out with comments like above.............

(I see no reason why this England side won't go on to dominate at home, and abroad bar the sub.c.)

To me that is just a cop-out and a worn out excuse...............give me one other sport that dominates so much because it is the sub-continent.....you have got Hockey, soccer (football) golf, base-ball, basket ball.......these sports don't come out with excuses all the time, give it a rest for crying out loud and to back up Englands batting line-up just because it was in the sub is a load of bull-dust they were bloody disgusting.

have you watched any English cricket in the last 2 years? They've had 3 awful games with the bat, calm down sunshine.

All we have had on here for the last couple of weeks is sore losing excuses....

* Poor preperation before the series started.

* Oh!! it's the sub-continent, everyone struggles there.

* The bowlers action indicates chucking.

Why don't you lads simply put your tail between your legs and except the fact you got beat by a better team no excuses.

Didn't mean it to come across as an excuse. Pakistan were deserved winners, no problem.

I expect England to perform well in the future, I suspect we'll do better when we're not in the sub.c.

Is that acceptable? Ctnu

I wasn't directing my last point directly to you hazsa......fans in general over the last few weeks have been slipping in excuses for Englands demise...

?????....How is the English batsman can stand behind the excuse of the sub-continent but Swann is expected to get results when the conditions are nothing like his home soil....

Honestly think you're mistaking 'excuses' with the fundamentals of Test Cricket. There's a reason why teams have better records at home.

That's a fact, it's not an excuse.
