Peter Lawwell

After today's events i must say that Peter Lawwell is the best signing Celtic have made for a long time and he is due a great deal of gratitude. I, along with many others, have questioned his ambition over many aspects of how he has run the club but my hat is now off to the man. Imagine how we would all feel if what is currently happening down govan way was happening to our club? Lawwell has always been forthright in his view to 'safe-guard' the future of Celtic and we have now seen this come to fruition. We actually made a profit (albeit very small) over six months and have many valuable assets littered throughout our squad, unlike rangers.
So Pistol Pete thanks for actually being astute and having a long-term plan. Its certainly more than i can say for David Murray who in my mind has ruined rangers. I believe Lawwell when he says Celtic can survive without rangers but im not so sure about the other clubs and the SPL as a whole. Hardly a product if we horse it every year!
