I was setting up some security questions on another website. One of the questions was "What is your Fathers middle name?"
I answered it Keith.
The website told me I was wrong as the answer must be between 6 and 12 characters.
I rang my Dad and he said his middle name is Keith.
I told him that I know he is lying as the website had told me the truth about middle names, but he continued to insist that it was Keith.
How can I trust this man any more?

Keith. is six characters. it should have been allowed. i therefore deem that you are, in fact, not being entirely truthful.
Hang your head in shame, fibber.

Victor the full stop (or period if you are American) is simply there for punctuation. Without the punctuation Keith is only 5 characters long, so cannot be a valid middle name.
I'm going to assume that this was just a misunderstanding on your part and that you were not attempting to WUM on this very serious issue.

I think the full stop wouldn't have been allowed.........

What if you have more than one middle name. Do you count the aggregate number of letters? They didn't really think this out very well, did they?
