Don't think they set an exact date, but they said it would be about 6 to 8 weeks from the end of the tribunal I think . Sooner the better

Problem is, we lose we are flecked, if we win it's not great either as hmrc will appeal and it could drag on another year or more which isn't good for any Kant!!

No-one knows for sure when the ruling will be announced. March would seem to be favourite so maybe not long now.
