One wasn't very good.. the other two were very strong candidates.
After liaising with a couple of colleagues, we still couldn't separate them. (I got the final decision as to who was appointed).
How did I make my mind up?
I chose the Spurs fan over the Chelsea fan
My head told me this was really unprofessional but I can't deny it made me feel good inside!
Anyway that's my story.

Completely professional
two people, both equally qualified and competent for the position, you chose the one that would mopre easily bond to you and therefore be a better more efficient worker

Excellent decision
The only decision to make, why would you want to work alongside a crashing bore like a Chelsea fan.

"The Glenn Hoddle?"
Nope.
But enough of that (it only gets RRP spiralling into another 'guess the name of the RDBD' ) .
