Interviewed three people for a job at work

One wasn't very good.. the other two were very strong candidates.

After liaising with a couple of colleagues, we still couldn't separate them. (I got the final decision as to who was appointed).

How did I make my mind up?

I chose the Spurs fan over the Chelsea fan

My head told me this was really unprofessional but I can't deny it made me feel good inside!

Anyway that's my story.

I'd like to own a bar/club, all you're looking for is a fit bird with big <tits>.

Completely professional

two people, both equally qualified and competent for the position, you chose the one that would mopre easily bond to you and therefore be a better more efficient worker

Very unprofessional. Disappointing

Excellent decision

The only decision to make, why would you want to work alongside a crashing bore like a Chelsea fan.

Some of us are so Spurs we were even uneasy about taking a gig with Chelskys' sponsor.

"The Glenn Hoddle?"

Nope.
But enough of that (it only gets RRP spiralling into another 'guess the name of the RDBD' ) .
