Why Hamilton did not celebrate

Guys did you observe how Hamilton's manager Didier Coton kept an eagle eye over proceedings in Hamilton's garage, while they were working on his car and also how he looked unimpressed by the mclaren mechanics's celebrations after securing a 1-2 lockout?

Y'know what? Forget it.

I don't care anymore.

If you want to live in your fantasy world and look at only what you want to see, then fine.

Just stop trying to drag us down to your level of back-handed, below-the-belt insolence.

im scratching my head trying to work out why you think someone has been insolent. could you clarify that one ?

the best way to deal with tsheporam is to ignore his comments as they are just pathetic

Clearly some people consider FACTS pathetic

In Australia mclaren messed up his strategy, gave him slow pitstops and we now hear there was some problem with his launch control system.
Pls my learned friends dispute that1

do you like lewis hamilton, tsheporam ?

The world is just full of immature and naive people like kimmyowl and T&U who when presented with pure facts, they will come up with some imagined stories which goes against what is presented right infront of their eyes! Dispute the facts as to why hamilton has been getting slower pitstops than button and dispute why hamilton does not trust his own team when it comes to strategy. In case u start having some misconceptions about the level of trust that Button has for his team, this little reminder might serve to dispel any such nonsense : Button talking about tomorrow's race "It's a tough one for us," he said. "Physically it's tough, but also it's tough on the tyres, and for strategy because the humidity and the heat is so high that you really don't know how long the tyres are going to work.

"So you really have to be thinking on your toes, and I think we are pretty GOOD at that.

so the we part lets us understand that this man really trusts his team and never feels let down when it comes to strategy, while its the complete opposite picture for Hamilton!

Chairman of the honorouble board my record speaks for its self, I am an out an out Lewis Hamilton fan, I live by the creed that such greatness comes only once in a millenium, instead of celebrating it in all its glory, it is being hampered by petty politics and narrow egos of a few simple minded individuals!

posted on 24/3/12

that does sound frustrating i have to admit tsheporam.

is there anything that you can do personally to ensure that justice is done ?

This is what makes sport great, rivalry and intense competition, but what is disgusting and nauseating is seeing underhanded tactics to disadvantage one driver, all that we are asking for is fair play. Let it be the case of 'may the best man win'

Unfortunately majority of people are plain stupid to see whats going on, but a few will eventually catch on! As the great statesman Abraham Lincon once said:

"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time"

sounds reasonable to me tsheporam. sometimes i find though as a sports fan - or when you are particualry into anything really - it is possible to start to see things that arent there. im not saying you are wrong (i simply dont know), but it is possible.

my recomendation would be that you continue to enjoy your formula one, and continue supporting leiws hamilton, but try to enjoy the overall specatacle of the event more rather than just concentrating on one driver.

if he is as great as you think, the chances are that over the course of his career it will come through.

besides, no other sportsman could possibly be as unlucky as nigel mansell.

I am a man of facts and numbers, on my screen when Hamilton pits 4.2.s comes up most of the time and 3.5 or less for Button. Now those are facts. How many times has mclaren screwed up Hamilton's strategy, they have even tried some really desperate stuff like in Monaco 2011 where they called him in only to find nobody there, fictitious puncture, debri stuck in his front wing, hydraulic failure, putting him on the wrong tyres countless number of times?

Before adopting any patronizing tone pls try to be sober when watching the races!

Most of us are paying a fortune to watch formula 1, so its only fair that we demand a quality show! It happens in soccer and all other sports so I don't see what the fuss is all about in formula 1, this is not cricket a so called 'gentleman 's game'

Another day, another tsheporam article i'm not gonna read, just one star and move on.

As i said on tsheporam's last article i hope the motorsports forum on Ja606 increases in popularity and members, hopefully in the end we'll hardly be able to hear this clowns views.

i dont know what the set up is with maclaren at the moment. i would be surprised if they were favouring one driver, but i dont know.

all this has got me thinking though.....who was in the team before button ?

it was kovalinan wasnt it ? that's right, hamilton and kovalinan.

and before that ? hamilton and alonso. world champion, fernando alonso.

Albert Morgan in ur simplistic and narrow view we must be like a bunch of zombies, accepting anything dished at them without question, all in the name of maintainig an appearance of a sensible supporter?
