Spurs really need to turn that home form around quickly

Not writing them off or anything but i thought they would need to hit the ground running to eclipse their last two seasons

Normally you have to win at least 27 or 28 games to win the title. The most Spurs can now win at home is 15 games so they are already putting a lot of pressure on themselves to win a lot more away games that they usually do in a season

yes i saw your post on this the other day

they've managed to ensure their home form cant better last season in only 3 matches

Mind you, we can now only match our home record from last season too and that means winning all our remaining home games.....

On current form and with our next home league game (without Luiz) to an in form City, we are also under pressure.

Which is why Stoke away next week is not far short from being a must win game.

No exactly..............those are not the norm, let's be honest.

think conte is pretty reactionary as a coach, which shows why the 3-5-2 formation worked last year, but in a match he does little to change a game. hazard should have come on at half time for willian yesterday and bakayoko should have come on either for moses or fabregas

Exactly Biggish, reminds me of Carlo which is why i think we'll retain the league or go close this season. Just think we'll be found wanting in the CL unless Conte improves, his cup record as a manager is pretty poor.

It's just constructive criticism, don't see why he's immune too it

He is not.....but i was really trying to highlight that there were circumstances to those Arsenal games and the fact that we find and will continue to find all our games agst our top 5 rivals difficult, win lose or draw because there is so little between these teams.

don't agree he changed the game massively yesterday by bringing Baka on at ht.

We were in total control of that 2nd half after that substitution, problem was we didn't create much

In total control maybe, but their was not a shot second half was there? They came closest with their disallowed goal.

Mind you with Oliver reffing, there was no flow to the game whatsoever

As i said in my post did not create much......

Hazard had one shot on target, but we created a few very promising attacks that came to nothing

Which is why Ii don't especially like a 3 man midfield as it makes us more predictable in attack.

So yes, perhaps Baka for Fab would have been a better sub, but he still made the change at half time and it did make a big difference compared to the last 25 minutes of the first half where Arsenal were getting on top
