Substitutes added nothing to be honest. If Morata goes we definitely cannot rely on Giroud as our go to striker. Pedro was very wasteful and Kovacic was usually too deep when he did get on the ball. Though I would've liked him to start over Barkley who was again absolutely atrocious today. Lost count of the number of times he carelessly gave away possession.

Yup. The switch to the LW didn't help his game. Looked much better than Pedro did on the right though...

Really miss RLC as well. Kova + Barkley are so bad, plus the other set of chuckle brothers in willian and pedro.

Same issue for us, lacking that cutting edge up front.

Yup I thought we were better as well. Until we sort out the glaring striker issue though we can expect more of this lack of cutting edge and goals.

We controlled the match very well. Draw would've been fair imo

Worst thing Sarri did was switching CHO to the left. Killed the game.

Defence was very good today which is a plus. Spurs didn't really carve out any clearcut chances (other than the penalty of course)
