Marina is decent at negotiating transfers. But she shouldn't be one of the decision makers for which transfers to actually pursue in the first place.

She picked Sarri, there should be repercussion if we are forced to sack him this week.

For me this is different sacking decision for the club than on previous occasions.

In the past they would basically be making a decisions on the basis 'if results don't improve' which would force the manager to try something different.

I don't see Sarri doing anything different and I don't see results significantlly improving (this season)

So the board have to base their decisions on their belief that next season, given a budget that he can get the side firing again. If they don't belief that then fire him now, but don't fire him if he has another couple of bad results.

I reckon he stays in post until at least Sunday...by then we'll have qualified for the next euromick round and been utterly battered by City at Wembley

There will be an announcement on Monday and he'll be gone before we play $puds
