Yeah he looks like a top player Nick and still young. But he also looks like a player who's going to constantly get injured. We have enough of those already.

I'd be tempted to clear out all our injury crock players including Reece unless they start showing that they can play more games than they're injured for.

dont disagree.

I believe James, Chillwell and of course Kante, reached or could reach world class heights (showed in Cl runs) but they are just too unreliable.

Yeah you can't build a good side when your supposed best players and captains are injured as much as ours are. I'm willing to give James and Chilwell this season but if they continue getting injured then they need to go next summer sadly. While they still attain some transfer value.

Just saw the highlights. Wow you weren’t kidding, that’s some absolutely shocking keeping for both of his goals.

Seen that we've been linked with Tomori as well. Makes you wonder why we let two good CB's go in Tomori and Guehi. Wouldn't have had to buy Fofana and Badiashile/Disasi. Could have saved ourselves 100 million.

I’m with SWTN on this one. Everything is clean and shiny, with no character at all. There are no locals living and working there - it’s all Indians and Pakistanis who work there. Now that I’ve been I’lll never need to go back.

Agree, it's my first time here and they've got more money than sense. Everything is just over the top, ridiculously sized malls, skyscrapers.

It's got no natural beauty, I guess it was a desert only a few decades ago.

I've just enjoyed the weather tbh

I plan to go there for the first time this year, just to tick it off and because I have relatives there. But don’t think I’d be in a hurry to return afterwards.

One of my colleagues for some reason absolutely loves is there and goes multiple times a year.

Middle Eastern countries are very passionate about football.Saudi Arabian clubs regularly win AFC Champions League almost every season.

It’s a very nice place to visit, I’m not surprised people go back

Korean clubs overall have won most AFC Champions League titles than any other country in AFC.

Should rename it the KFC then

How are you guys managing on a Tues/Wed with us not in the CL...?

I hate it...I try to get interested in games, but find myself veering off to watch something else

Obviously I don't watch footy on Thursdays...but i'd take it for next term

Yeah by the time i get home after work the matches are mostly done anyway. It has been fun watching some of the Man Utd group games though.

I don't really follow CL unless Chelsea are in it.

Also like others on here I work until late most evenings so its quite easy for me to forget games are even on.

Little to zero interest in CL football, but I usually find the group stages are crap. I may watch the knockout games if there are some decent ties.

Tbh, I've lost some interest in football in general. I have found VAR has killed a lot of fun in the games and it's literally the headline story in nearly every game.
