Todd Boehly wants a Sports empire at Chelsea, where the new stadium at Earls Court would hold things like a basketball court that could be designed to host MLB with Chelsea still as the focus, whereas Clearlake are more thinking about the Chelsea/Strasbourg Football empire and if they can't get the other things added to the new stadium, then so be it.

I think best bet for us would be if they want Jackson - and that'd take a big chunk out of the fee.
