I think that the problem with the draws is that they are done electronically, bar the top 2 seeds, they are "drawn" by hand...
I hope it all finished before I have to dash off at 12.15

the draw won't be everything, either, scheduling will have a lot to do with what goes on.
Last year, Novak had bad scheduling had to play in the evenings a lot (which affects his eyesight) and mathc against Delpo had to be played over two days due to darkness.

They used to be done electronically but I don;t think it's the case this year. Certainly not for the seeds. We shall see.

Electronic or not they hae been rigged. Where there is a will (read $$$) there is a way....

I think you are right! It's going to be all electronically. We will have to trust it...which I tend not to.....especially now that Babolat is one of the big sponsors.

Here is how I see it. 4 players really represent some danger for Nadal:
Isner - Not a danger but probably perceived as one by Nadal's side
Delpo - Real danger if on form
Raonic - also a threat.
Berdych - Not a real danger but enough to scare Nadal somehow.

If none of those are in Nadal's draw there is something fishy again.

Another clue will be who the top 3 or 4 seeds get in their first round match. In theory they should have anybody from 33 down...but the chance is that they get qualifiers or even unknown WCs.

I read somewhere that if weather stays sunny then the courts will get faster. I remember last year semi and Andy played really good. Andy will be a threat if his back stays put. Also I kind of have a feeling that it is going to be Nadal- Fed semi this time but I am expecting Nadal to exit early.

Yes I have been waiting for that to happen for years but it only happened once thanks to heavy conds and heavy weapons form Soderling. (let;s be clear, I never believed in that knee injury)....however it may have been another reason for Nadal to badly performed that year. It was the only year the French anti-doping agency was allowed to take blood samples during (or just before the FO).

Fed gets Delpo and Berdych. Novak seems to have an easy sailing as well except tsonga. It seems Andy and Fed has got the raw deal out of it.
