Akram is defo a contender if you are doing both forms and all conditions but I'm sure Marshall has been as good if not better.
Trueman from the old days. On his day, Waqar was amazing.
But, Akram was unbelievable. Leftie too. Also captain, had personality and could bat. Complete legend...
The best two bowlers I have seen are McGrath and Ambrose.

In my opinion, Wasim was slightly underachiever, considering he was endowed with unbelievable talent.Slightly too controversial to be bracketed alongside the GOAT.
I think it s between 3 of them,
1) Lillee
2) Marshall
3) Mcgrath

Wasim was blessed with more talent than Lillee ,Marshall or any bowler that comes to mind but he was very much part of politics that has plagued Pakistan cricket over the years.
none of these already mentioned, the best fast bowler ever is Angus Fraser
i think waqar and mcgrath are my 2 favourite bowlers. though very hard to choose since there were many fast bowlers with different talent
Malcolm Marshall was the best ever IMO.
Could do everything. Bowl fast with a wicked bouncer or bowl a little slower on unresponsive pitches and rely on swing and/or seam movement.
Angus Fraser and gough -only if they were 20 pounds lighter
Tim Bresnan. He plays and wins practically every time he walks out onto the pitch
Waqar Younis. For one obvious reason that separates him from the rest
id be tempted to say akram. id do with marshal or hadlee though i think,

I Think Gus Fraser takes the win, he is officially crowned the greatest fats bowler of all time
I keep coming back to Frank 'Typhoon' Tyson.
The fastest bowler to have played the game. He was bowling quicker than any of the modern fast bowlers, in badly fitting boots (which would lead to his premature retirement due to injury) and also holding down a day job. He also kept Fred Trueman out of the side until he got injured.
It mattered not what the wicket was like, when he could bowl over 100mph consistently over a period of 4-5 overs.
If he had the benefit of modern kit and training, he would have been a devastating force in today's game.
You guys are nuts to look beyond Curtly Ambrose
