Why dont we put a buyout clause in his contract? David Villa has a €120m clause in his
He's contracted to the club till 2016.
I severely doubt he will be going anywhere this summer.
leftwinger...
Thats probably why were tryin to get him to sign a new contract... put a stupidly high buy out clause in like everyone else does
Like i said...not worried at all; yrs to go on his contract and the way the club and players stood by him i bet he isnt even thinking about leaving. Apparantely didnt he say he loves it in liverpool?
I can understand him wanting to leave if he was at the club for yrs and seen no progress; but we just won a trophy got into europe and signed a manager who plays the type of footy he will love....oh, add in his mate coates also plays for us.
Juventus are and can go and kiss my shinny backside, NFW r they gonna steal our star.If lfc sell, well they can kiss my shinny backside as well. nuf said
I think it's a bit insulting for a team that got relegated not long ago to try and sign Liverpool best player.
Maybe we should reply them with a bid for their own best player
Kenny left out to dry. Suarez to be sold.
Buy an American and an Asian player.
FSG marketing masterplan.
RIP LFC

They may have got relegated not that long ago but they were Serie A champions last season losing only one game all season.
They can offer the chance to win major silverware and Champions League football, it may to just too much for LFC to hold onto Suarez.

How many times does he have to say he's happy here?
The BBC have gone down in my estimation. They don't have any quotes or formal offers and get that whacking great headline sits on their gaudy website.
They are beginning to think the gossip page can be used as hard news.
I agree with Aggers - The BBC have become much more sensationalist lately. They used to stand out as trustworthy, but now appear to be like all the rest in the way they are reporting rumours as facts. I don't understand why though? It's hardly as if they need to sell more copies or anything, as every single household in the UK is forced to pay the BBC anyway. Really annoys me.
This is a complete guess but maybe the BBC Sports website's drop in standards is linked to their recent move from White City to Salford. I'm guessing they employed new members to their editorial team who are more lackadaisical about reporting what is fact and what is rumour.
As I say, just a guess.
Suarez is happy, he's still young and will be here next season but after that is anyone's guess.
"How many times does he have to say he's happy here?"
You mean like how Any Caroll was happy at Newcastle a week before he signed for Liverpool?
I take whatever a professional footballer says with a grain of salt personally.
Maybe he will stay and great for Liverpool if he doe, I'm just saying bear in mind that Juventus can offer him a lot more right now and he may well be tempted to go.

There were rumours that he didn't even want to leave Newcastle and that he was gutted.
I think Suarez is happy here and will be here for a while. He also needs to see how we perform under the new manager.
