RVP's technique and general play is better, Aguero is quicker and a better dribbler but he can be quite wasteful.

RvP is wasteful. If he was a better finisher, we wouldn't have gone out of the CL.

You cannot be serious?

Technique is debatable. But general play? Aguero's link up play, etc is out of this world.

RVP was quite wasteful for holland at the euro's quite wasteful indeed.

Aguero and Tevez COULD be unstoppable but that doesn't mean City will win the title.

For example, Messi is unstoppable but Barca still finished second in La Liga and got knocked out of the CL.

That's because madrid have ronaldo who's also unstoppable.

Dubbed I am serious. Let me guess the only reason your criticising Van Persie is because of his statement and speculation sorrounding his future? I bet if this was 3 months ago you would be saying Van Persie is the better player.

Actually, I've been saying Aguero's better than RVP for a while.
Fickleness isn't one of my traits.

What about RVP's general play though? His first touch is amazing and his passing for a striker is great. We didn't see it much last season because we were relying on him so much for goals.

And I got proof:

Have a look at the bottom comment, and it's date.

It certainly doesn't mean we will win the title, far from it. But if those two can score 60 goals between them which isn't out of the question then they could take some stopping.

Komakino, for that they'd need to play nearly every game together, if that's the case what then of balotelli and dzeko???

Aguero is brilliant, but RVP is better.

Aguero is more mobile - he's faster, a better dribbler and he has better movement.

RVP is a better technical player - he's a better passer, he's got better vision, crossing and shooting ability. He's also better in the air and stronger than Aguero.

Both are wasteful in front of goal at times, though.

I would expect them to be first choice strikers with Balotelli and Dzeko coming off the bench, maybe utilising them more in the cup competitions, not necessarily in the CL.
What I am trying to say is that a goal a game for these two is not unreasonable if they played together for 25 -30 league games together out of the 38.

On topic I'd say Tevez is going to be unstoppable this year. He'll play like a man demented, you could see it in pre-season.
