Otep, oh no my friend despair all ready?
Were is your confidence in the Brewers.
If we can stay level for 25 mins i think there home crowd which i expect will be cole to 12000 capacity will get anxious.
Lot of money been spent on these guys sowho knows.
They beat Mansfield last week 3-2 since which Mansfield have conceded 4 in there opening 2 matches.
Will be interesting.
I predict Fat Boy Evans Rotherham 0 Brewers 2

Rotherham 2 Brewers 0 from me.

More based on the fact that i think Rotherham will be right up there at the end of the season than anything we have done wrong in pre season.

Hoping to be proved wrong.

Reports up here (live in Sheffield now) suggest that over 10,000 is expected on Saturday. Lets hope we provide a few hundred of that.

I will be there on Saturday hoping we can put up the same fight as last weekend. If this is the case i will cheer the brewers win ,lose or draw.
This game is hard to predict as the season has ony just started.
Rotherham 2 Burton 2. draw. but no penos this time.

Looking forward to my trip to the New York Stadium, looks like we should see a decent turnout! I'm feeling optimistic about our first match, my prediction is...the referee will give them a numerical advantage for most of the game 12 to 11 but the Brewers heart and determination will prevail....so I'll punt for a 1-1 draw.

1-1 draw, I'll try to keep up-to-date with this predictor as opposed to my Euro's effort...

I'd love to be wrong but I can't see past a Rotherham win.

1. We've got two draws and a win from three visits to the Don Valley. Four unbeaten would be asking a lot

2. The New Stadium factor. They're going to up for it like never before and the world's press will be there in numbers.

3. Fat Boy always seems to get his own way on the big occasions.

3-1 from me. But we'll be OK. Anywhere else and I would be much more confident.

Can I be cheeky and put in a 3-2 Home win against Wimbledon? I'm going to be out of town next week though should be back in time for the Fleetwood game.

I realise the "script says" a full house for the first game at the New York Stadium for a re-vitalised Rotherham team, must be 5 - 0 to them.
But often things dont go as intended. It will be an emotionally charged atmosphere, where anticipation could breed nervousness on their part. Maybe being the first visitor to Rotherham this season, might be the
best time to play them.

Giving away an early goal must be avoided, otherwise the script will be followed, but I feel
Rotherham 0 Brewers 2

C'mon you Brewers ! Could it be the start of a great season? We hope so!

I will go for a 1.1 draw. Should be a great occasion with hopefully a good turn out from Brewers fans. Speaking to some Sheff Utd fans last week, they were not too impressed with the stadium!

There's no-one posting on my board so I'm feeling lonely. Can I play for just this game?

Score 1-1 and you to spoil the new stadium party.

Fat Boy Evans to abuse your bench (safe one there) and anyone else within range. Rotherham to get all the 50:50 decisions.

New York Stadium - what's that all about? Pretentious to say the least.

Good luck, I'll be following the score.

No problem Dontouchedmyboots. You're always welcome here with your comments and your predictions.

In fact, why not support us full time?

I used to live in Staffordshire and my work took me to Burton quite often. I loved the smell of Marmite.

Thanks for the invite, you're my team of choice in League 2. You certainly have the best board!

Keep predicting mate, let's see if us "part-time Brewers" can beat the full-time supporters!

Tricky start despite last weeks great result . I think Rotherham will run out comfortable winners 4-1, with Kee scoring our goal .Games are not going to get much tougher than this one .Had we not lost Holness to suspension we might have nicked a 1-1 scoreline but i cant see us holding out for ninety minutes against an onslaught from the Millers sorry .
